OUR DIRECT CARE TEAM
Our team of over 100 Direct Care Workers that we call "Sidekicks" live out The Ben’s Hope Way around the clock. They are the core of what it means to be a live, learn, play, worship community. We believe it is in the coming alongside, each of us with strengths and weaknesses, that we enjoy the pleasure of most fully reflecting the image of our Creator.
Our greatest resource is our people, particularly our Sidekicks, who spend every day building meaningful relationships with our residents and assist them in their daily activities. Whether it is preparing meals, doing laundry, or just sitting and chatting, Sidekicks provide compassionate support to enrich the lives of many individuals in a growing community.
